The Depot Foundation once again celebrates the remarkable achievements of the Arrowhead Region’s most dedicated artists and contributors at the Circle of Friends Arts and Culture Awards Celebration. Held annually at the historic St. Louis County Depot in Duluth, Minnesota, this event shines a GIANT spotlight on those who have enriched the community through arts, culture, and history. The evening celebrates the heart and soul of the region’s vibrant arts scene.
